I would like to say a great big thankyou to Sarah and the two lads who delivered a loan fridge freezer to us yesterday. Our fridge packed up on Thursday and Sarah tried all the manufacture to get us a new one but because of the Covid situation it's very difficult to obtain a replacement for several weeks,so Sarah and the lads went above and beyond to resolve the situation we found ourselves in. Well done Marsh's, this is the reason why we should all support our local businesses.
We had a delivery of a new fridge freezer today, as ours was making funny noises and at this time, we didnt want to risk a break down and not have one. The men went above and beyond, they were quick, careful, cheerful and couldn't help enough. I couldn't rate them highly enough. So well done marshes of sherborne keep up the good work
Avoid at all costs, took advantage of a 94 year old lady with dementia, sold the goods taken from the flat within a day and won't replace after they sold stuff belonging to her. You've been warned!. In response to your reply... If misses Mitchell wanted to return it in the 14 day consumer act, you can't give the remote back because you sold it! Sorry I mean "recycled" it!!!. The digital set box was the problem not the TV and you know it!. And here's the critical bit, misses Mitchell can't write due to arthritis, the person you sent then wrote himself a cheque out of her cheque book!. I will be obtaining a copy of this first thing in the morning from the bank "Rachel from marches". You have a chance to supply me with a remote that you should have kept considering you still have the TV in your shop, you chose to word your reply in a way that doesn't exactly reflect the situation didn't you!. It's quite simple tbh, I want the TV and remote you removed from the property, if you no longer have the remote then replace it at your cost!.
Very rare to find a shop like this these days, very helpful. I wanted a blu-ray player that played a certain type of disc, opened up packaging to look at spec. of machine and it played what I wanted.
