Fantastic place with a huge amount of fabrics and a great cafe on the premises. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning as they had some great craft kits for my daughters.

I recently visited Abakhan in Mostyn and had a wonderful shopping experience! The store offers an extensive selection of fabrics, yarns, crafts, and sewing accessories. I was particularly impressed with the variety of products available, making it easy to find everything I needed for my projects.  The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to assist and provide advice. The store was well-organized and clean, making the shopping experience pleasant and efficient.  One of the highlights of my visit was the on-site café, which offered a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The entire site is wheelchair accessible, which is a huge bonus for those with mobility issues.  Overall, Abakhan in Mostyn is a fantastic place for anyone interested in fabrics and crafts. I highly recommend it for a great shopping experience!

Called for a coffee and some haberdashery yesterday and want to express our appreciation of the lovely, friendly staff and the excellent cafe. The staff in the cafe and the haberdashery department could not do enough to help us. We enjoyed our coffee and biscuit and were very tempted by the cooked breakfast which appeared to be very popular with others too!. I was also very impressed with the range of products and I will certainly be back.

Would love to see more crafting items and more smaller fabric items hard to find small prints and smaller packs etc Area is a stunning place, peaceful and picturesque. Lots of free parking and it’s nice and quiet area to relax and enjoy some craft shopping… it is little expensive but only what you would expect to pay in gift shop style places. Highly recommend a visit the staff were very friendly and helpful. Majority of the site is dog friendly apart from the larger craft and fabric shop

Very helpful staff who checked warehouse stock to find the pattern we needed.  Genuine enthusiasm from mature and experienced staff.

The nicest Abakhan cloth retailer in the country, based in an old Welsh woollen mill. Ample parking, lots of other quaint retail units and a really good cafe. Worth a trip, there is even a walk to the sea shore available.

A mixed experience for me. I visited the fabrics area of Abakhan. Excellent service, a fabulous choice of fabrics and everything associated with sewing, hobbies etc. Staff were lovely, very helpful.  I also visited the cafe at Abakhan, a different story here! Staff were very unwelcoming, not one smile from any of them. Just some basic manners would have been nice. Food overpriced too. Such a shame, as this little cafe could have made a visit to Abakhan so much more enjoyable. Very disappointed.

Bit pricey. People who park here park like tw4ts. I was completely blocked in and staff couldn’t be bothered to find the owners of these vehicles.

Online customer service: incredible. Made an enquiry about an online postal order. Stephanie at their customer service promptly replied during working hours and quickly and concisely answered my questions. They were able to hold fabric for me until i had received an urgent sample by next day delivery. Will be recommending to all my professional costume friends.
