My father (90 years of age) prebooked a club taxi 4 hours earlier to go to an important medical appointment. No call to say it had been dispatched so he rang the office to say the taxi was 10 minutes late. The woman on the phone said there were no drivers available!!!!! no apology .why hadn't they tung him to tell him. He had to contact them. Needless to say he missed his medical appointment that he had waited months for. Abacus were always reliable. What a shame , but that's "progress"!!!!

I'd really like to rate higher as they used to be great but after they merged with other companies they've lost it and don't seem to know what's happening , the last two times I ordered a taxi neither of them shown up even after I booked it hours prior... but the service on the phone is nice, I just feel it's out of their control now

Used a few times now for airport transfer recently. Absolutely brilliant. Fixed price, even in the middle of the night and early on New Year's Day! Always on time too. Definitely recommend

If I could give this joke of a company a 0 star rating I would, I pre booked a taxi over 4 hours early for my wife to get to work. The time comes when the taxi should arrive an d no sign, wife calls the office only to be told the taxi is running behind by 20-25minutes. This is not the first time this has happened hence why I called them and pre booked the taxi myself, they have cancelled at the last minute and when they don't cancel they can be anywhere from 10-30 minutes late depending on what day and what time it is. Absolute joke

Used to be brilliant before merging with club cars. Now terrible. My latest taxi was 40 minutes late so I missed my train from Manchester, so had to buy another ticket for that. Driver was in the wrong lane multiple times and struggled to speak English. Awful. Last time I'll use them now.
