This Lady does not know what she is doing, She was covering my Payroll, she never once sent me a monthly Pay Summary, she knew nothing about holiday entitlements or maternity.  I had letters from the Pensions Regulator as she had not filled in the necessary forms, she presented all RTI late and I ended up with several hundreds of pounds in penalties. This lady has virtually crushed my newly formed business.
