It was the best days work ever when we were put in touch with Mike Boyles of Abacus in Hereford. Throughout our application for Equity Release on our property, which we have lived in for 45 years and is 250 years old, he has been efficient, considerate and understanding. He always returned our calls and even in this difficult COVID time guided the process to a happy conclusion.
Not a good experience due to their lack of clear knowledge and timely communication regarding probate requirements in relation to products they sell. Seems their focus is on front end selling with no end of product closure.
