My friend and i to book a taxi 3 times tonight because the driver couldn't be bothered to knock on my door once arrived. I'm heavily pregnant and can't stand outside waiting and can't see the car from my window. First time they came and drove off, second time I phoned and explained my condition the lady on the phone was very nice and put a note to knock on my door, but he failed to do so and left again so I had to phone again, the lady was very nice and appologetic and this time because I had booked it and not my friend I had a notification they were outside, but s/he still didn't get out the car!? Shocking service for a woman who is 38+6 pregnant. Not always the person who books the cab gets the notifications, a little courtesy knock on the door wouldn't go a miss.
Seems a bit over the top to review a taxi company, but they came in handy when we came down to this part of the world for a stay at Chewton Glen hotel. The office is very conveniently located next to New Milton station. We had a short wait for our taxi, and chatted a bit with the lady in the office, who was very nice and friendly.
Always been great service. But would advice on booking 10-15. Before the time needing too be picked up as normally late.
Rubbish double booking cabs and want you to wait half an hour
