Called in for a crossbow restringing. Unfortunately they don't deal with crossbows I should have rung first but the staff could not have been more helpful. Not only did they still check what I specifically needed, they then gave me the info for the best person to contact. And made sure that the person in question COULD help. From what I could see, this place has everything else an archer might want. Including repairs and advice whether you're a complete novice or part of the GB Team. Very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend.
Really helpful friendly staff who know what they're talking about. I'm pretty much a beginner but the lady who served me was happy to explain everything to me and went through everything I needed. Service was second to none, even got a cup of tea. Would definitely recommend and would go back
Great firm, bought a few things mail order over the net and by phone and they are always very helpful and give great advice. This time I bought a new bow case and second hand sight X-Mas week and they got everything to me for the 23rd Dec which was fantastic. Thanks for such a fast efficient service and Happy Christmas to everyone at Ardvark Archery :
Fantastic and friendly service with lots of advice! I spent the best part of two days in the shop testing new kit. Once decided it was set up perfectly. There was no pressure to buy and leave quickly.
An excellent service from start to finish. I'm an absolute beginner, and Deborah took excellent care of me advising on what kit to get and the equipment that would best suit my needs. There was no pressure at all to buy expensive items, everything was tailored to my own abilities, and I walked out with gear I'm 100% happy with. I'd go nowhere else.
The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always good for a chat. The product range is great - I've never wanted something they either haven't got, or can't get in at a competitive price. The deliveries have always been on time, accurately supplied and well packaged, so even if you're not in the area, I'd still highly recommend them :
I love this shop. I am a beginner archer and I'm still learning about the sport and equipment. The friendly knowledgeable staff helped me choose my first how, explaining the differences. I went for the full kit option which was great for value and bless the assistant, he had lots of patience and answers for my many questions. I have since been back to upgrade some if my items. Again service was second to none. I was also told I could have an arm guard made to measure as I have unusually slim arms which I am definitely going back for the guy wasn't in. I can't fault the shop, the choice of equipment and the experience of the staff. I have recommended this shop to many already.
Needed a new riser. Couldn't have been any easier. The team at Aardvark were brilliant. Good choice, keen prices, great advice and made me s cup of coffee. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be going again. 100 % Well done.
Went to Aardvark today for the first time to buy a bow and the rest of the kit after finishing a beginner's course and joining a club. I had almost no idea what I wanted but they set me up with all the gear I needed, helped me decide on a riser out of the few I had in mind they actually suggested I went with the cheaper one as well. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Didn't upsell me anything they didn't think was worth it for my level. Happy with kit and the experience! Thanks Guys!
Always really good service with all the right questions been asked to make sure you get what's right and safe for you. Having a range to try and fit everything is great. Service you just can't get online.
