Absolutely disgusting service. An old lady had a taxi booked for 11.30pm was stood waiting outside in the cold till 12.15, rang taxi firm for her and was told they wasn't coming. When i complained and said it's Terrible service and I was complaining I was told "carry on, complain" and hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

what a joke this company is. waiting for a taxi for about 40 minutes and still hasn't turned up . I wouldn't mind if it was for me but it's for my nan and grandad. I suggest no one to use this company ever!!!!!

Awful company. Driver who smoked so I stank of smore getting to town and overcharged me. Called to speak to a manager and got asked "what do you expect me to do about it?" Never use this company. Absolute cowboys
