I had Mimi round to fix a disaster another company had left me with, they were here to install a consumer unit but because of their electrician’s incompetence he spent 7 hours trying to find a fault he’d actually created. We were left with no boiler, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, all the plug points in the kitchen, in one bedroom and bathroom. Mimi turned up the next day as an urgent call and proceeded to diagnose the problem and have everything sorted within two hours, to say I was impressed, relieved and grateful is an understatement. Thanks AA Electrical Services it’s very much appreciated.
Feedback on the electrical work that was recently completed at my summer house. Overall,I appreciate the effort and professionalism displayed during the service. The team arrived on time, Tim took out time to explain the scope of work and was honest about potential issues. The team were very professional, competent and delivered the job within the time schedule. Overall, I am very impressed and satisfied with the quality/standard of the electrical job carried out. Also any issues that arose during the project, for example, when the WiFi wasn't working was effectively and timely resolved
Absolutely second to none customer service from booking the appointment to paying the invoice and everything in-between. Engineers were on time and extremely courteous, they resolved the water heater issue and even attended to the RCD; the follow up from the company was superb and I would recommend no one else if you have an electrical issue. I will not be using any other company in future for electrical issues.
AA Electrical Services Complete En-suite Electrics. Works carried out on an extended bedroom in SE London Chislehurst. I don’t usually write reviews but the speed and quality of installation was truly amazing, being fully tested and certified. I cannot recommend enough these guys, they are very experienced and professional not only with the installation but also customer service.
Tim and his team have undertaken my annual PAT tests each year for my BTL. When I came to sell Mimi came to the fore last minute to sort light fittings, bathroom fan and my cookers. None were major jobs but all needed doing and she did them with a competitive quote and in the time she said she would. If I ever move back to the area I will definitely use Tim's team again and absolutely recommend them.

Tim promptly visited the property, ascertained our exact needs and provided a detailed quote. He and the team clearly knew what they were doing and were very helpful at problem solving and patient beyond belief with unforeseen obstacles. We had to get the rewiring done for our home while it was being refurbished. Tim and his team were flexible to accommodate the days to work based on builders’ schedule, sometimes at the last minute. The workmanship of Tim’s team Ati, Alex to name a few was excellent and they all were very professional giving the right advice wherever needed and completed the work with utmost quality. Tim has been most responsive throughout the duration of the work. He always made sure to keep me updated of the progress of the work and give me a heads up on any delays and /or any issue. It was absolutely a pleasure to work with him and his team. I would highly recommend him to anyone planning to get any electrical work done.
Phenomenal service. Really easy to deal with and just lovely people. Quite a lot of work was required in our house to rectify a previous builder's handy work but the team did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards. Really reassuring and professional service. Highly recommend and good value.
