Tim is extremely friendly and always ready to give advice and suggestions. We've used AA Electrical Services twice, starting with a large amount of rewiring in almost all our rooms, adding sockets and internet points, and updating the fuse box. We were so impressed that we then got our chimneybreast wired to conceal our TV cables, which was also done excellently and to a really high standard. When we get the kitchen refitted, I know I'll be using them again.

We recently used the services of AA Electrical this year, 2017. Firstly to carry out the periodic testing prior to buying our new home. The test carried out and report given was very good and easy to understand as a non electrician. We decided to have a full rewire carried out as the wiring was 30 years plus, however no pressure was ever applied from AA Electrical. Tim visited and went through room by room our requirements, where we planned to have electrical items, very impressive. The electricians who carried out the works were professional and friendly. We were having a new kitchen fitted as well, We supplied the plans and Tim called the kitchen company to double check measurements to ensure their sockets for our eye level cooker and mircowave were correct and the requirements for the appliances, ie plug or wired. Definitely going the extra mile for us. Any questions or options, ie outside lights etc, we had or they had were always discussed with us. We felt part of the smooth process and our home was our's during the works. Customer service from all we spoke to and met was outstanding. Very respectful of our home. Little touches and real pride in their work, white screw caps on sockets, silly really but goes a long way in giving a professional finish. Honestly we could not rate AA Electrical Services high enough and 100% would recommend as well as use again.
