Fantastic service - took my newly purchased car in for a once over after the discovery of a pretty expensive sounding noise! The guys look at the car first thing and had it up and on the ramps - I’m a total novice to the mechanics of cars and felt totally at ease and understood what was being explained - went out of their way to help me understand the problems - and whilst ultimately the car didn’t go in for further work - left with the knowledge of what was wrong to consider if the car remains in my care! The garage knew what they were doing and really helped out
Complete honesty from a garage is a rare thing, but that's exactly why I have used A2B for a few years now.nJohn and his team always do a great job at diagnosis and have great customer service.nThey tell you as it is, eg. if your vehicle needs a set of brake pads, and the discs are absolutely fine, that's what they will tell you, rather than try and sell you discs that you don't need - like most other garages.nWouldn't hesitate to recommend
