Taxi Never showed up, never recieved any phonecall. This resulted in us missing our planned train to Edinburgh, the train after that was cancelled so we missed our dinner reservation....

I ordered at taxi for 19:20 for a train at 19:30 from Rosyth to Inverkeithing, I specifically asked the control girl if this time was sufficient, "yes sir" The taxi turned up at 19:27.... I rightly complained about this, the drivers response was 'I have just been told about this pick up" this is shocking service, the taxi was pre booked at 18:40! If I order a taxi I expect it to be there on time, it's Sunday evening and you should compensate for traffic management and give good customer service. We missed the train!! Never again!

Although I didn't use this taxi service, they were very helpful in advising the best way to get to my destination! They were total professionals well impressed! So I can only assume they are equally as good as a taxi company.
