Use this company all the time until tonight when we ordered two taxis, one turned up. The other one never appeared. On calling the first time to them was told it was on the way. It never appeared, called again and was told that it wasn't there problem they had sent 5 cars and it wasn't their problem if we didn't get in it!! No car has appeared. This taxi company has lost my business. Don't like being lied to.

Poor. Car broke down on way to airport to pick us up. Waited around 90 minutes. When replacement driver finally araised, we had to walk between terminals to meet him. Then another 30 minutes until we could find him in the freezing cold. Found eventually, then we were up/down in lifts as he couldn't find the car. On way back, we took a detour so he could collect a takeaway, which stunk the car out. Not veryet professional in appearance, either. I put my tip money back in my pocket....

Booked a large vehicle as my wife has mobility problems at the moment as awaiting a hip operation. Large vehicle duly arrived (albeit a couple of minutes late and after I had had to phone the office to ask where it was) and the drive to Wakefield Westgate Station was without any problems/got us there in good time for our train. Only issue was that I found the charge very expensive! When we had later been to Leeds and got a taxi back from Westgate to home (in Ossett) (different company), we were charged only about half the amount! (Return journey was likewise in a large, people carrier-style vehicle). Do not know if a "pre-9.00 am" charge was imposed but, on the other hand, it was first day of school half term, so roads were quite free plus they would have been grateful for the business to take up the slack, I would have thought? Shall shop around more before booking for the next trip.

I now use them since i was let down several times with Elite cars, so far they have been great on time and friendly drivers
