If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Absolutely so frustrating. Ordered 4 cars, all 4 cars just took whatever passengers asked & left all those waiting at the side of the street. Rang reception numerous times & they were as unhelpful as their drivers. Totally pointless booking them. Will. NEVER use again.

So I swapped to A1 after been let down constantly by Woods taxis which both me and my daughter would use twice a day and I can honestly say they have been brilliant !!!! I would advice booking if you can but either way there service is definitely the best in brighouse by far !!!!!! Both the drivers and the people on the telephone are polite at all times !! Well done A1 for getting this service spot on !!!’

Excellent service, accomadating and personal firm. Bailed me out no end in the snow. Definitely use them again and reccomend to anyone needing to vacate brighouse.

My car blew up on M62 on way to taking my young daughter to the airport today. I rang and they got a taxi to me within 10 mins. A very nice and helpful man turned up to rescue my daughter and get her to the airport on time. He very kindly rang me to let me know they had arrived safe! Thank you so much for a wonderful service, and lovely driver. Would highly recommend 😊

Absolutely disgraceful...I'm only giving them one star because I have to...fancy leaving a frail 95 year old lady waiting at the bottom of her outside steps after booking her taxi for 1.05pm to take her to the Doctors only for them not to turn up AT ALL...she had to climb back up a her steps to go and ring them to make sure they were coming & they said they were on their way...and when I passed she was going down her steps again to wait for them, I rang them after 10 minutes & again they said they were on their way...but they didn't turn up so I rang another taxi firm...absolutely disgraceful...I hope everyone reads this review & moves on to the next firm...I will NEVER use this company again & I will tell all my friends...they should be ashamed of themselves
