We pre booked a taxi for 2 small trips, 2 weeks in advanced. When waiting for the first taxi we got told our booking wasn’t there, the first taxi came 10 minutes late then told us he had been waiting down the road for 10 minutes. We then waited over 15 minutes for our return taxi in the cold on the pier.
Just like to thank Shaun & Mark for their invaluable help in finding Brian's car. They both went "above & beyond" when he forgot exactly where he had parked it. Highly recommend A1 Cabs.
Excellent service. I sent an email via the website from Switzerland to book a series of taxis. The drivers were friendly and professional, every taxi arrived punctually, and all the cars were clean. Highly recommended.
Absolutely fab experience. Feeling a bit fragile and driver was super nice and so polite. I am a nervous passenger with new drivers but I felt super safe and his driving was great. Really short wait as well. All in, one of the best taxi trips ever.

Ordered a taxi last Saturday. Was advised the taxi would be late as driver is slow. Told would be called on mobile. At said time of pick up we waited outside. There was a taxi outside but we could only see Tinys Taxis on signage. My husband walked up and down past this taxi. The taxi drove off after a good 10 minutes. I have a visual impairment. After waiting for over 15 minutes we walked to the taxi office to which the taxi driver was very aggressive and said it says A1 on the door. When I said I still can't see it he became angry. He said that he saw us waiting and didn't know why we hadn't asked if it was our taxi. The fact that we were new to the area, no call was made to my mobile nor did he roll down his window to speak to us. 2 other members of staff sat in the office not daring to say a word to this abusive taxi driver. I would not recommend this service. Thankfully the taxi rank had plenty if taxis waiting as it was a 'very quiet Saturday'. It's ok because A1 taxis can obviously afford to turn away customers! Disappointed with poor service
Just spent 5 days in cromer with no car. Most amazing taxi service. Willing to fit you in wherever possible. Lovely drivers. Reasonable price
First class service will only use them ever very nice helpful drivers even allowed our very nervous collie dog into his pristine car first time for him l cannot thank them enough credit to Cromer.We were visiting Mannor farm West Runton in a large motor home so needed a good reliable source of travel.
This excellent company took and collected us from a wedding reception about 20 minutes drive away. They had nice drivers, comfortable large vehicles and communicated well. We left a mobile phone on the vehicle and the driver found it for us on his day off which was a Sunday. They refused our tip. Nice people - recommended.
