Really grateful for the care and attention I received. I thought my special dress was ruined but it is as good as new. I always use AYS and have always been pleased with the service but this time they were exceptional.

Took two items in to be cleaned, both lost by AYS. The company seem to think they have been given to another customer, and frankly seem a bit disorganised. Failed to return calls to discuss lost items as promised, leaving me to do all the chasing. In relation to compensation, quoted guidelines from a trade association they aren't members of (!). I won't be going back.
