Excellent local business. We have used them for many years for key cutting and shoe repair and have found them to be always helpful and professional. 
They also sell much in the way of useful pieces of hardware such as light bulbs, halogen bulbs and padlocks. In the past, I have bought the wrong bulb and they have happily allowed me to exchange it without requesting a receipt, based on the fact that they know me. Great group of people.

A lock I bought from them over a year ago broke; I took it in today and they repaired it free of charge - it was a few hours' work. The staff have always been very friendly and professional, and my son loves Louis the parrot. Only downside is it is quite expensive.....

An efficient firm but beware as I was charged not only a £66 call out charge but also £210 for locks which are available online for £80.
