Once again webbs have done and excellent job ! We have used Webbs twice this year for 2 funerals. The flower tributes have been beautiful and very good priced. We would recommend them .

I ordered flowers on wednesday for pick up on friday morning (15 pink roses), planning on giving them to my friend that same day. The flowers were very old and yellowed on the outer layers, they were definitely a few days old. This was not obvious when I picked them up as they were wrapped in brown paper and close together. I was very embarressed to give them to my friend but had no alternative as I was at her house at that point. The following Monday I came in to explain that I was dissappointed with the flowers as there were previously many 5 star reviews online , I was shown a batch of pink flowers which I was told came with my pink roses. I however do not believe it as the woman said the flowers came on thursday, after a few days (it would have been the 5th day- they would not look as fresh as they did, she had clearly shown me fresh flowers). Really dissappointed as the staff did not believe me, even after I showed them a picture they tried to excuse the situation by saying that the outer layers needed to be taken off. They did not offer me a refund or an apology. I would definitely not recommend this place.
