I would like to thank Karen for helping me through the planning of mums funeral. Karen was able to offer useful ideas and give me informed and useful information so I could do the best for my mum. I was then visited at home by the celebrant Katie Page. Katie was so patient as I wondered off at tangents when I was trying to relate my mums story for the funeral. Somehow she created a beautiful Eulogy that made sense and was interesting and thought provoking and included the family and her friends. Her presence and her delivery was perfect and the result was a resounding “ best ever funeral “ from everyone as we had opted to do it our way. Everyone wore lovely summer clothes and we played a selection of mums favourite songs to reflect her life. It was uplifting and respectful. The funeral director , Andy was so helpful and supportive from when we arrived until we left. All in all it was a great outcome for us all and they would have made mum proud as they did me. Thank you to all the staff at Lymn's, particularly Karen, who made an incredibly challenging time much more bearable. Your support, professionalism and kindness allowed my family the time to mourn, and to organise a fitting tribute to my late mother. Thanks again for all of your help; you are an asset to the business.
Sadly we have had to use AWLymn twice in the last couple of years but I have to say that this company excel in customer services with empathy kindness and professionalism Special thanks to Karen Horton at the Sutton branch Highly recommend this company to anyone
