I sadly have had to be in contact with Ridouts to request their services twice in the last two years. On both occasions their communication with us in organising the funeral was impeccable. Sandra took all the burden and pressure from us at such an emotional and difficult time. As a result both my parents received the greatest respect in their last and final journey. Thank you Sandra and colleagues. We are so grateful to you in honouring our parents and providing them with the dignity they deserved.
