Having known Loui a few years, he's always given great impartial advice and wants to do a thorough job. I just had my boiler service as I was feeling worried about the harsh winter. He takes time to explain different components of the system and options for improving it. Feeling reassured. Thanks, Loui!
First rate. Emergency call out for a leak was £50 plus parts etc which was so far less than we’ve been charged before. Really knowledgeable guys, Loui cares about what he does and is honest about what he sees. On back of the call out had our boiler replaced by him unrelated to call out and am happy to trust him with any further works.
Would recommend Loui and will use him again. Good communication when booking job, arrived on time, explained how he was going to fix it and checked I was happy with work done.
Best Plumbing company ever. Get a feeling of not being ripped off when you use A-Tec. They are professional, prompt, reliable and very reasonable. You'll never be disappointed if you use A-Tec.
