Used A Star 3 times on 12th April 2024. First was booked and the can turned up bang on time. The other 2 were called when we needed them. At the station our driver stopped someone else getting in and I really appreciate that. All drivers were curious with prices reasonable. I will definately use again.

30 minutes late for a pick up that was booked nearly week in advanced. I was in a place that had no signal. I finally got a text saying to call them urgently about my booking. When I called I got no answer after 5 times trying to call. They fi ally called me back saying the taxi was 20 mins late. It actually turned up 30 mins late. No apology, no nothing.
