Insurance company sent me for a replacement bumper and light fittings. As they're 30 miles away I had to e mail them photos of the damage and tell them what the damage was, ok fair enough saves both of us travelling, can't fault the communication they kept me up to date throughout the whole process, came out to my work to pick the car up and deliver a courtesy car. Repairs looked good when car was dropped of to me but once I looked closer an air intake hose was left un attached just laying in the bonnet, ok simple clip and it was back in place, then when washing the car I noticed the front grill hadn't been clipped in properly, yet again took 2 seconds to sort out, now I've been informed by a work colleague who was in front of me on the way in the other morning the light they replaced hasn't been adjusted and is blinding everyone in front of me. SIMPLE LITTLE CHECKS BEFORE RELEASING THE CAR CAN MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE .

Car repairs was good but shocking when car was delivered with less fuel and no screen wash what a ball ache and then they turn round and said driver never used any really in this snow storm

Was a little worried reading the reviews on here but found the workmanship was good and on time but they could of kept me a bit more informed on progress of the repairs.

The vehicle in question has a list price of over £100,000 and I was a little apprehensive that it wasn't going to be fixed by the manufacturer directly. That being said, proof is always in the pudding. The work that was carried out was exceptional, the communication was very good and in summary, I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the repair. The garage also repaired 2 small scratches for a small additional fee. All in all I cannot thank AS Whitakers enough.

Got my vehicle back from A.s Whittaker to find out they had not completed repairs caused in an accident and they tried arguing the fact this damage was not done!! Hang on, where you in my vehicle when the accident happened? Did you see my vehicle before the accident?? Also you could of cleaned the whole of my vehicle and not just the part you repaired!! Your costs to my insurer was over £1500 and my guy i would of normally used would of charged £400.. Total bunch of cowboys and they have been reported to my insurer. Judging by the reviews on here they cannot argue the fact they are rubbish..
