Delighted with the service that A&S Properties have delivered with our properties in the last 2 years.
Professional, quick and dealt with issues with tenants quickly, at all hours of day and night. They have kept our flats in great condition, doing repairs and maintenance as needed.
They have many properties on their books, and are a highly successful business in the Perth area. Any landlord or tenant will be well looked after in their care.

I am a landlord who lets through A& S properties and have done for the past six years.  A & S properties ensure that I comply with all relevant laws and keep me informed immediately if repairs need to be completed and which are then completed ASAP. My property has never been empty whilst let through them and they are always quick to deposit the rent into my account. There are good landlords out there with good properties who care about their tenants well being.

Our experience with Avey and his team has always been very positive. We have been renting our property out for six years now and our dealings with A and S has always been friendly and professional, they keep us informed of any issues that arise and deal with them swiftly. Over the course of the last six years, our tenants have all been carefully vetted; as a result, we have never had any issues with our property. As landlords, we have no hesitation in recommending the services of A and S Properties.

I came from India to Perth and I started to search rooms from different agent but I have a very good experience with A&S properties. They provide good quality of flats at very cheap price. They are very helpful and whenever there is any issue, they provided supports to me immediately. So whoever is coming to Perth and searching for flats, just check with A&S properties first.... And I got 100% deposit back from them. :)

used there property over 2 years, cleaned there flat as they passed me A-Z, and same day got full refund.
