Amazing place to stay at . Perfect holiday, great access to play park for kids and big beach , fantastic beach and sea view . Big green places to play football. Great activity centre for all ages . Big arcade with a over 18 part to . Also a good size soft play for kids to. The staff on site are so polite . Very helpful. There are 3 free cash machines to so easy access for cash. Also they have a camp super market run by coop . They have a bus that goes into town to. If you are not sure to stay for a week book a weekend to try it out . You won't be disappointed.
Fantastic holiday park for children of all ages. Lots to do and close to the beach. Good choice of places to eat on site and plenty of entertainment. We were a little disappointed with our caravan, but it was spotlessly clean. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. We forgot our towels, but they are available to hire at a reasonable price. Also dog friendly. Great time had by all.

We stayed in Willows 3 for the last weekend in October. Our second visit to Devon Cliffs this year. This is a 2 bed front row sea view. Caravan itself was great, should have included towels but they never arrived despite being told they would bring them. Slightly dusty all round and we found a sock from the previous guest behind the bedroom door, also a used razor on top of the shower. Not the usual cleanliness standards we have seen at our many Haven stays, but it was getting towards the end of the season. No fire or heater in the lounge area but there is central heating. Layout of this caravan is brilliant, the showers were powerful, the view was lovely. We had a relaxing weekend break. The staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival. We’ve booked another visit next year!
A beautifully positioned caravan site on the edge of Sandy Bay. There are lovely walks into Exmouth on the beach and coast path. This is a large site - maybe too big? There is also a nearby MOD shooting range. The caravan site has some good standards of accommodation to suit all price ranges and there are also excellent on-site facilities for families with children. A massive plus for myself is the dog friendly environment.
Been coming here for the last 8 years and it's always been good. This year things have literally fallen off a cliff. Entertainment used to be excellent, now it's far below average. Bar service and the food is shocking, sat in the restaurant for an hour and a half before any food was brought to the table, and staff not having a clue of what to do. Asked for a disabled caravan as we have two elderly people with as and can't walk very far, we were places close the venue but at the top of the hill and with a climb of steep steps, unfortunately this will be our last year already looking for another site breaks away.
If you or your child is neurodiverse with sensory problems this is probably not the place for you. We struggled to find a quiet comfortable area in the main complex to have time in the evenings. You have to walk through the arcade to get to bars. They are loud. Caravan was clean and nothing wrong there. We had nice views and park is clean and tidy. I do think more local information should have been given about things to do as places to eat. Staff were friendly. Swimming was a pain only had hour open session had to book time slots for everything so ended up doing nothing. Left a day early as son couldn't cope with the wind on Caravan scared him. Would we go again probably not here maybe smaller park. Just to many people and noise. Area is pretty so get out of the park. It has steep hills so wheelchair users might find it hard.
We had a really good time, the weather was great for end of October, our caravan was good and spotless. Kids really enjoyed the pool and inflatable course as well as the arcades. The Halloween Circus was really good too Thank you Haven for brilliant half term getaway x
Came here for a weekend, 1 adult and 4 teenagers. I booked a bronze caravan and was worried it wouldn’t be very nice. I was wrong! It was perfectly clean, fully functional and had a sea view. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything I needed. The park itself was well looked after and the staff were soooo friendly and helpful. Lian on reception, who I dealt with a couple of times, was friendly, witty and professional. The only downside of our trip was - no signal in our van with 4 teenagers this was a problem and the bins were overflowing which attracted seagulls. Otherwise a wonderful stay and would 100% come back again.
Devon Cliffs is a beautiful place which we have visited every year for the past ten years. Sadly I think the number of people staying at the camp has grown so much that the facilities aren’t enough. It’s a battle to get a table in the clubs at night, the queue to the bars are ridiculously large. You cannot get a table in either of the two restaurants easily and it’s very difficult to get a space in the children’s activities now. I think there needs to be more facilities to accommodate the hundreds of people staying in the camp or cut down the number of people staying so everyone can be accommodated.
