Extremely professional service. Andrew and his staff were very professional and understanding when I had an appointment to discuss my financial status after  my husband passed away. Andrew talked me through everything in an easy to understand manner and I will be using him in the future for all of my financial matters. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We have been clients of ARD for many years and have found their service to be second to none. They are friendly, approachable and make understanding your finances easy for those of us without much knowledge or understanding of investment. You really feel that the team know you as a person and are always ready to help with a smile and, quite frequently, one of Andrew's many jokes! As a financial novice I completely rely on A.R.D for sound and knowledgeable advice on my pension, lets face it, in the current climate every penny is sacred, and I have come to trust them implicitly. We contacted A.R.D as we wanted expert advice on our pensions, mainly to ensure we have enough income when we come to retire.  From our initial telephone call with Andrew, our meeting with Daniel and our ongoing liaison with Maureen, the service has been excellent.  Once they had pulled together the information, we met with Andrew to go over our pensions and his knowledge and advice was invaluable.  He spoke in clear, plain language and didn't baffle us with science or make us feel stupid and trust me, we asked a million questions.  We now have a clear plan going forward and we intend to engage A.R.D to manage our pensions and finances going forward. ARD have given excellent service to me over the past 7 years, helping me with investments and setting up a private pension. There is always a friendly welcome in the office and all the staff are knowledgeable and reliable.
