Having been at the receiving end of a third party accident, which is currently still ongoing, I can honestly say that Alex the Branch Manager is an absolute asset to the business. Professional service and a can do attitude towards solving any crises put before him. I have multiple policies with this company for business and personal, both automotive and home insurance. I have not been paid to do this review and felt that the exceptional service warranted a positive review. Thank you Alex and the A Plan Team
Just recently been introduced to A plan from a work colleague, Alex has been very helpful I've renewed my car ,my home insurance and my mums too ..I cannot fault them and would recommend them ...far cheaper and a better personal service.
Been using A-plan in Woking for about 6/7 years now. They've always been so helpful and have made arranging both car and home insurance easy and stress free. It's nice to be able to talk to the same person everyone and not just a huge call centre with random people every time. I'd definitely recommend them to everyone.
stay well away, been nearly a month and still waiting for a valuation of insurance. no car and no call back its been me calling them. poor service and better to go direct with insurance as these brokers just dont seem to bother.
