I was recommended to A-Plan having dealt with another broker for many years. Lewis Ellis handled my needs both professionally and courteously. Above all Lewis explained things in plain English, which is a revelation when dealing with an insurance professional.Polite, friendly and easy to understand I too have no hesitation in recommending his services to anybody.

A Plan was recommended to me a few years ago to help with insurance for our holiday let cottage. We now have our own home insurance through them & will probably move car insurance too. Shelly Gillum has helped us through the always daunting process of insurance and has been very polite, courteous and good humoured at all times - as have all the staff we've dealt with over the years - thank you!

It says above I'm Dave Johnson, but in fact I'm Dave Crowley. Some glitch in the system me thinks ! I have various policies with A-Plan/Allstyles and have always found the staff, very friendly but at the same time most professional. My most recent contact with A Plan, was for renewing my Household insurance and amending a few details with  Shelly Gillum insurance adviser. I found Shelly, very friendly, knowledgeable but most of all professional, in his handling of my renewal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shelly or A-Plan, as my insurance go to people.

Lewis Ellis was very helpful in providing me with quotations for Home Insurance. He was knowledgeable and able to answer my detailed queries regarding the wording of the policy documents. He was patient and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks.

I’ve had breakdown cover for the last couple of years with A-Plan but today upon requesting a quote for CAR INSURANCE, Shelly Gillum at the local Northampton branch completely excelled in customer service, having such a natural manner, he not only was professional in his knowledge but he covered every aspect thoroughly and answered all my questions with ease. It was a refreshing change to be able to actual talk to someone rather than selecting questions on line and submitting answers. He was efficient and we chatted along with humour and facts as we went through the process. Really happy with the customer service I received today which resulted in me using A-Plan as the brokers for my car insurance renewal. Thank you Shelly for an A star  experience at A-Plan.

A-Plan was recommended to us last year for our bike insurance. The car has just come up for renewal and was very competitive.  Shelley Gillum's customer service is also second to none. Would highly recommend

Renewing an Insurance  policy is not the most exciting of jobs to do but when I  renewed my car and house insurance with A-Plan,  the service  I received from Lewis Ellis was very professional, courteous but he was also very friendly. This made the whole process a lot easier and less stressful..

Just renewed my buildings & contents policy through A Plan. The quote was better than the comparable quotes I obtained and their Rep, Sophie Ticehurst, was efficient & helpful in completing the deal. Have been with A Plan for a few years now and find their service very good.
