No Stars isn't possible so I have to put 1. We are a small business and insuring via A-plan was a big mistake. How can a cafe not be covered for someone smashing in through a window???!! Staff at A-Plan didn't even care. Never insure via these people>

Totally mis-sold us a policy, very unhelpful in sorting it out. General attitude that they couldn't care less. Expensive mistake for us. Would never use again.
