Warning - bookings not honoured and business seemingly abandoned.  We duly paid the £25 booking fee online and received confirmation. When my partner turned up, the door was locked and blinds closed - no answer to knocking or the doorbell.  Contacted via email and received no response. Provided phone number is permanently engaged. We’ve contacted AMEX regarding the payment and suggest you avoid.

I came across the clinic upon a walk past the high street and walked in. I was met with a warm smile and cheery you man Ashley. I'd been having some issues with my ears. He took me through into the clinical areas and carried out a thorough consultation. It was refreshing to know that the issue was to do with pressure. He was so kind and wrote to my GP detailing the next course of action. It was great to get such prompt help. I recommend young Ashley.

The service I received was excellent. I was worried about my hearing deteriorating and could not get an appointment at my GP. The Audiologist effectively carried out an hearing test and other investigation of my ears and made me feel at ease quickly. He spoke me through my options and how to avoid further ear infections.  The appointment was on time. The service was professional, clean and of top quality.  Highly recommended

Had a great visit today for my son to get his hearing aid fitted. Ashley was so good with him and he loves his new aids. I highly recommend. Thank you for a great service.

It was so refreshing to find a company that dealt with my concerns around my child in such a professional, prompt and courteous manner. It was great having such peace of mind in being seen by experts from Great Ormond Street Hospital locally. My daughter was made to feel at ease by the clinician that we saw: Nishma. She has such a great patient manner and went over everything thoroughly regarding my hearing concerns. After the appointment, we received a comprehensive report that is valuable for my daughters school.  I was even able to purchase some moulded, custom sleeping plugs for myself and swim-plugs for my daughter.

amazing staff, very welcoming from the moment I arrived. I did not have to wait and was seen promptly. My concerns were listened to and I was reassured and very informed during my appointment. I can't fault the clinic, everything was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with their services regarding my child. I recommend them with the greatest pleasure. What others failed to solve, here was solved in a very short time. I recommend 100%. Always be like that.
