They call themselves a leading parcel delivery company. Don't make me laugh, in my opinion and many other people, they are terrible. Thee worst delivery courier or so called lol. Parcels delivered to wrong addresses left on doorsteps in the rain. Just wish evri & hermes would use someone else other than these clowns.
The two chaps from A&M picked some furniture up for me from Falkirk, and delivered it to me on Islay next day. They were really pleasant, helpful and careful. They even lifted it all up and over a high rail onto the deck area for us. I was also very pleased with the price. Throughly recommend this firms service. Thank you.
Worst Courier ever. Two weeks to get something from Livingston to Isle of Arran 66 miles as the crow flies. I can get deliveries from Germany and even China quicker. False promises of delivery and when it arrives it has holes in it from Mice and Rats!!!
Boys do a great job ensuring collection and deliveries are done within a good timescale while being friendly and professional. The girls In the office are very friendly, knowledgeable and ensure your enquiry is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Got harrassed by one of thier hgv drivers on the way to kenna Craig, as i am a fuel tanker ,carrying 36,000 litres of flamable fuel, didnt think it was wise to push to hard just because your driver was obviously chasing the clock, i witnessed him.over taking cars before he got up close to me ,then when he finally decided to not only endanger his life ,but mine and other road users, he did so on the narrowest part of the road, personally I hope he gets caught by the police before he kills some innocent road user, totally unprofessional and a real good advert for am transport.
Failed to turn up, got lost, dropped everything, left all property out in the rain, swore at me, threatened and harrassed me, refuses to refund what I paid as compensation for destruction of property. Rude unprofessional and dangerous. Follows me around in his van making lewd suggestive gestures flashing headlights whilst driving dangerously. Shut him down
Followed up A82, Loch Lomond side and north. Aggressive and wholly unprofessional driving experienced. Exceptionally poor standards. Dangerous and extremely poor advert for company. Why?
Drivers are always friendly and if you need help and ring the office really helpful.
Worst courier service! Never collect parcels when requested! Never answer calls, emails! Also staff are lazy!!
Found delivery at my front door for a completely different person & address.
