Norman came to look at a puzzling problem with my boiler, he sorted it straight away where two other plumbers failed!! Thanks Norman.
I called Norman on a Saturday when our boiler failed and we had holiday guests in. He advised me to contact the manufacturer because it was under guarantee in order to save us a callout fee - they were going to take 4 days to come out so he kindly came out just in case he could help. He was prompt and professional and he solved the problem right away. Highly recommend him.
The service Norman and his Son provided was extremely friendly and professional! Even though they were obviously busy they didn’t leave until the job was done despite being more complicated then first thought. I would definitely recommend!
Very pleased with service. Called in the morning as a boiler stopped working. Norman came on the same day, check boiler, found the fault, went for the needed part and replaced it. Very professional and friendly guy.
