Very happy with A Line Taxis. Rescued me and my daughter from the train station in June after staff did not turn up to open the station doors and took us to Manchester airport at short notice around 6 am. Very nice staff overall and polite and sociable. Would highly recommend and will most certainly use when needed.
Earlier today, I was driven safely and efficiently home by Suzie, who navigated her way past the lunatics behind the steering wheel and those for whom double white lines are an "advisory" only. The kamikaze squad was certainly out in force today. A confident and supremely capable driver, Suzie ensured I reached my destination safely and comfortably. Nicola- you can sure choose a winner !
Great service as usual. Prompt attendance following booking. Polite, friendly female driver introduced herself on pick-up a made the trip better. Her name escapes me, but she wore a cowboy hat.
Taxi arrived on time. Told driver dept that I was going at chesterfield Royal hospital. He gave me details direction how to get there. Very helpful indeed. Helpful booking staffs as well. Thank you to you all. Will use A Line again when I visit Chesterfield.

I just booked a taxi for my partner who left his wallet and cash at home, only for the company to deduct Money from my account with out picking him up from the train station, driver claim Ed he was there and waited for 6 minutes and didn't see my partner, who had been waiting at the train station for over 20 mins, mind you one of there drivers was there earlier but refused to go on the trip as he could not accept bank transfers...what a fraud of a company
Having been told I could pay with a credit card for a transfer to Birmingham Airport, I was not pleased to learn on arrival that this was not possible. In addition, it was proposed that I should have a 10 minute walk, with very heavy luggage, from the free drop zone. In the end, Muhammed did help me with my luggage into the terminal so that I could withdraw the cash from an ATM. This was an extremely unfortunate ending to a previously smooth, uneventful trip.
