Excellent service. I needed a 4 wheel alignment following some suspension bush replacement. All sorted quickly and now spot-on. Nice printout showing the before and after results too. Significantly cheaper than other folk is a bonus.
These individuals successfully addressed the issue of my S3 veering to the left. I highly recommend their services. The rear tire alignment was a challenge due to my car’s lowered stance, but the technician showed me computer diagrams illustrating the improvements made. They also provided valuable guidance on the substantial rear alignment work needed. Remarkably, I was only charged for the front alignment, and they made every effort to align the rear, although it couldn’t be completed until my technicians address it. The level of service exceeded my expectations, and the prices were impressively affordable. Their service is exceptional, and their pricing is incredibly competitive.
After several failed attempts with other locations, I arrived at this place on the recommendation of a friend, yes, I can say that they solved my problem and they are doing the job very good. I recommend! 90% of the services that do wheel alignment are stupid and I'm not exaggerating, I've been everywhere in the last 8 years, they lie to you that they do something to the car just to take your money. Here you can trust that you are treated with respect as a customer and very important you can assist there how they do the job. for me, who understands mechanics, it is important to see with my own eyes what is being done on my car. 5*****
Strongly recommend ALine to anyone, especially Landrover / Rangerover owners who know how notoriously finicky these can be to get right. Have been a customer for years with both track cars and daily drivers as I struggle to find anyone local to me who is any good and they excelled on the Mrs D3. Spent a good few hours on it to adjust everything and get it in spec. Drives straight as an arrow and feels as it should through the bends. So cheap as well considering how long they spent on it. Amazing customer service yet again guys.
Excellent service, best place in West Midlands for wheel alignment after going to a few places in Birmingham I was recommended this place. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Just to mention one thing that you will have to report to reception on arrival which I didn’t so I will have to wait longer than others but I didn’t mind as it was my own fault I suppose to read sign which is all over the premises. Thanks team and Aline. Will be coming back and highly recommend to others.
Decided to drop down and get my car checked over and I’m so glad I did. Well worth the money the guys are great and professional talking you through the process and keeping you in the loop if there’s anything you need or want info on. Only place I’ll ever use again! Can’t fault you guys one bit! Car drives so much better now but I’ll be back once the shock is done
