TL:DR rude, offensive and failed to fix the problem Mr farer was booked to repair my roof as their were several leaks into the main house causing black mould. His repairs did not work and when he was asked to return to the house to investigate why there were still problems, he was very rude and offensive to my partner, calling her names and slamming phone down. Would not recommendService: Roof repair
