Excellent family butchers a warm welcome top quality meats also the best warm pies and sausage rolls made daily on the premises
Pies and sausage rolls prepared and baked on premises are outstanding. The quality of the meat is second to none. Excellent and knowledgeable service. Superb and wholesome value. Daft to pay for inferior and more expensive supermarket washed out offering.
Wether your a visitor or a local has to be the best proper buchers you have ever been to. From delicious meat beef lamb goate chicken and game all from locally sourced farmers pie's stake and kidney was out of this world. Sasages rolls and so much more and what is even better it will not set you back an arm or leg . If you see something and you're not sure how to cook it ask only to happy to advise . Order by phone so you will not be disappointed
I was recommended to try this butcher quite recently, so i gave it a shot. On entering the shop i was warmly greeted. Got a piece of Topside beef and it was delicious, melted in the mouth. Has thestewmeat after and that also was lovely. Lovely to see the butchers at the butchers table doing what butchers do. I will never go back to supermarket meat, pay a little more if you can becauseit is well worth it.
I bought a Steak Pie on Friday from the frozen section as all the cooked ones had been sold and I can tell you I can see why, OMG this pie was the best the total pie from filling full of tasty meat, pastry lovely, the sausage rolls freshly baked delicious also.
