Very poor. Came out promptly to replace bath and basin taps, When he left we found that there was barely any water coming out of the basin tap so we turned the stopcock on a bit more which seemed to do the trick. A few days later water started to drip through the ceiling to the cloakroom below, we called him back and he did something else under the basin and left saying it would be ok. A few more days when by and it started dripping again. He then came back and changed something and this seemed to cure the problem. This was last March, my husband was very ill at the time and died at the beginning of April. I felt that Mr Gasket had a duty to cover the cost of the ceiling and he agreed to get someone to do it. Despite a lot of phone conversations and various excuses the ceiling has still not been repaired so I would not recommend this plumber.
