Had a homemade whippy ice cream made by a new lady  can't remember her name but she was lovely. I had my ice cream made to my liking which was no trouble at all for her. Thank you very much for what I can only describe as a brain and taste bud orgasm x

Disappointed to see staff with long hair wearing no hair nets or having their hair out of the way when serving ice cream. Watched a girl making an ice cream cone and pointed our to her that her hair was touching the ice creams on display. Zero apology and just stared blankly at me. Customer service and hygiene nil points.

Best soft ice cream in this area out the whippy machine it makes my day mmm lovely apparently its there own recipe

it is a very good place to go for hot and cold food. the service is amazing and it is all very clean and very hygienic
