Sadly, I had a white gold eternity ring ruined by this jeweller. I was told he did not like to work with white gold. It came back very yellow and had to be taken elsewhere.  My husband purchased what he was told was an 18ct white gold engagement ring for me.  After taking it to a jeweller to see why it was yellowing, he was informed it was only 9ct, yet he had paid for 18ct.  He was also overcharged but was given back the money he was overcharged after complaining. Thankfully I was taken to a jewellers and chose another engagement ring. The other was taken for scrap! Approximately £300 down the drain, and a lot of upset caused. I had to give 1 star, if I could have given 0, I would have done so! So disappointed in an old school friend since the age of 12!
