Booked a taxi for 6pm for an important meeting 24 hrs in advance by phone. It never turned up so I woke my baby up, got him into the car in his pjs and drove my husband to his meeting myself. This journey was 1hr 20 as a round trip. They do not answer their phones and their website contact form doesn't work either. No explanation given. Avoid this service at all costs. Looking at the reviews this is not a one off. Be warned.

Absolutely terrible service. Asked for a taxi for 6pm for my pregnant sister and she has to walk 2 miles because the taxi didn't show up. If you use this service ask them if they are actually going to show up. They are joke.
