After the sudden loss of my brother, as a family we were all devastated. I had no idea where to start. After getting in touch with A.G. Simmonds & firstly speaking to Sarah, I knew we were in safe hands. Then Nicky took over all arrangements. I can’t even express how wonderful she’s been…. above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. There was nothing she wouldn’t do to help me and my family & I’ll be forever grateful for her help and support during this traumatic time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and compassion shown throughout.

Nicki and Sarah of A.G Simmonds went out of their way to help us with Mum's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for them and there were some lovely touches which they provided that I'm sure other organiations would not have wanted to, or been able to provide.

My dad passed away recently and Sarah's natural demeanour made dealing with the whole process more bearable. She is professional, reassuring and friendly.

Staff were kind, sympathetic, efficient and empathic Both myself and my two brothers felt the staff were very helpful in a difficult time .
