I have come from Leeds to Scotland today spend 1 week with my family.  I had an old imperial size measurements tap to replace and I was unable to find the part.  I came to McPherson and the kind gentleman who served me was absolutely amazing. His customer service was impeccable. The part he gave was not the correct size but with his advice managed to fix the tap.  I have never experienced this kind of excellent service in England so wanted to write a review that this is the place to go should you require any mega old parts to repair as I honestly can't say enough about the excellent service received.
