HGV ADVICE...nnIf your a mind reader then you’ll be okay tipping here!!! For starters this is “Spar”. So As your busy driving along the street looking for A F Blakemore, you will drive straight past a Spar security hut! You should have stopped there to check in! Report to goods in next to the main reception where a very grumpy person will tell you that you screwed up by not stopping at the “Spar” security hut, Once you’ve turned round and gone back and joined the back of the queue to report to the security hut! you will be required to wait for an eternity to be called down to join the next queue to get on the one bay they seem to use! Basically a bloody nightmare tip!!!

Security guy is everything detestable about Security guards. Speaks to you like you're 6. Management need to send this guy down the road towards retirement. Very very poor representative of this company, considering he is your first point of contact. Content on taking their time when it comes to offloading, zero sense of urgency.
Spar shop in Elton, Chester. Please be advise not to use service collect plus in this store. Their staff always look unhappy by the till, struggling with your parcels. Today it was even worse, they showed me my parcel and did not give me it, saying that their system doesn't work to process my parcel details. I asked staff to take the details manually and they refused it. I'm sure there should be always back up if there are issue like that. Really bad service! Do not use collect plus there because they may not give you your parcels.
