Got my bike new there last year the staff were very helpful and was a good buying experience. Just been back for my second service there everyone couldn't have been more helpful in store and the service team spent the time to explain things to me and were excellent and knowledgeable. Even made me a brew while I waited

Staff are friendly, place looks very nicely laid out, but i would not recommend going here for anything to do with tyres, except buying them and installing yourself. Had two tyres fitted, took 1.5hrs and cost £93. It's quicker to do it manually with levers at home, and given Kwik Fit charge £80 to change 4 tyres on a car, the cost is extortionate. On top of that, pressures were all wrong 34psi on front tyre! and they tried keeping my old tyres which were actually nearly new, but needed off-road ones installed.nnFor the rest of the dealership, i can't comment, other than reflect what others have written, they are friendly enough and there's a small cafe next door. For tyres, it's a no-go in my opinion.
Having recently purchased my new GSX-S 1000 GT. The service from the very start has been fantastic. Their work continues for me, having recently had my first service after the initial run in period. This Company is Highly recommended to all.
