Tim and his colleagues are friendly, professional, honest and straightforward. I've genuinely never felt more confident while buying a car. I travelled from Northampton to buy a Focus I'd seen on Auto Trader. It was extremely competitively priced, with an excellent finance package and was presented exactly as described. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I want to start by saying they the a great selection of cars. Unfortunately today I broke down outside there car showroom. Not driving a Ford I like to add. However I was helped to push my car across the driveway and while waiting for recovery with my 5 year old daughter was informed about a garden centre next door. Being a hot day and her needing the toilet I went to the sales man and explained my problem and we would go next door if recovery arrived while we were away Seeing a big water machine I hoped he would have offered us a cup of water or use of the toilet. This would have kept us in the sight of the car and a welcone break from the hot sun.But he said the car was fine where it was and nothing else. So off we walked to the garden centre You have just lost a sale.dont get me wrong I don't expect kindness or help but  You could have offered my 5 yr old to use your toilet showed compassion with a cup of of water. 1 star for the use of the driveway.. hope the air conditioning wasn't to chilli for you while we were roasting in the car. 😡
