I have shopped in this lovely little boutique many times over the years. Clean, bright, browsing uninterrupted. I've purchased many tops, jumpers, dresses, jewellery and today a coat. Debbie, the owner is a lovely lady, Trisha, Tracey and other members of staff could not be more helpful or pleasant. Never had cause to complain and very competitive prices. A great wee shop, highly recommend.
I returned trousers to this shop, the seem started to part at the back of the trouser, after 1 wear, I did not request a refund, I asked for the exact same trouser in the same size, the 2 young girls at the counter were very helpful, they called a more senior lady over who's attitude, I can only describe as aggressive and loud from the onset, she immediately said that the trousers were not faulty, as they had experienced no other issues, there was an offer made to have them repaired, my total confidence was lost by this stage so this was refused by myself, and agreed to take a credit note instead, there was then an accusation made of 'being fed-up with the trousers I found the experience extremely unsatisfactory and extremely unprofessional. It is not a shop I will be recommending or rushing back to. I believe some lessons in customer care would not go amiss.
Such a lovely shop and so much to choose from. Bought 3 new tops for spring and staff were super helpful. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
Lovely experience shopping here yesterday, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and I was impressed with the range of high end brands. Definitely recommend shopping here!
