Following a recommendation from another heating engineer I had a new Baxi Combi Boiler fitted by Tony in February 2017.
The whole process from quote to fitting was accompanied by some of the best customer communication I have received from any company.
Tony called or texted me at each point in the process and I felt fully informed and in control at all times.
If you have experience of dealing with plumbers you will know that they can be unreliable and uncommunicative Tony was the opposite, he arrived as promised, calling me the day before the fitting to confirm & then on the day to give me an ETA.
Subsequent to the fitting of the boiler & a replacement thermostatic radiator valve a small leak appeared on the valve connection, Tony arranged to return & corrected the problem again phoning me at each point in the process to keep me up to date.

The result was a stress free process and I would like to thank Tony & AB plumbing for the professionalism of the service.

I would just like to thank The AB plumbing team for a very efficient installation on our new energy saving combi-boiler system.

There was minimum disruption to our business.

I would highly recommend them.

I called out AB Plumbing to a faulty combi boiler, the service we received was excellent, the fault was explained to me a spare part was installed within 24 hours....highly recommended!!!
