Not at all impressed !!  I phoned and spoke to a lady, she assured me that someone would call me back, they didn't so I phoned again and yet again I was assured that someone would phone me back, they didn't.  I called yet again a few days later and told the lady I was speaking to about the sad tale and she assured me that she would make immediate contact with an engineer with concise instructions for them to call me back.  I received a phone call some time later from one of their engineers and made arrangements for him to visit my premises at a prearranged time and guess what, he didn't turn up.  So I have now gone somewhere else!!

I was very impressed by the service- very competively priced and a high standard of work. The job was completed quickly with the minimum disruption.
