I would give no stars if possible, woman on the phone has no idea how to talk to people, I was late for work because I had apparently misses my taxi? Yet I had no phone call and no one knocked on my door, when I ring back she said we're not sending another one as you already missed one?!
Most of the drivers are miserable aswell,
Defiantly will not be using there again cheap as they are can't get over just how rude the woman on the phone was!

Women who answers the phone so rude. Told me I was irrelevant because other people had voided taxi journeys. If you are travelling from Brentwood don't use this service please.

Extremely rude woman who answers the phone and very over priced compared to other taxi firms such as Kilo Cars. I will never use ABC cars again!

Go to an early morning meeting every Thursday  and use ABC every time. to pick my daughter up and drop her off to school - always helpful and on time.

Never again. The controller wrote down my address wrong and I missed my train which ruined my day,Then she told that I gave her the wrong address but I told her that I know where I live ,so why should I give her a wrong address,awful
