This is the 2nd time I have used this company very professional and reliable. after the first experience of them helping me with putting  my new taps in myself amd my wife was very impressed. punctual. well priced  and very pleasant to deal with.5 star customer experience.

my experience today was also excellent so consistency is key and once again very impressed I don't usually write reviews but I must say I am glad I found a plumbing firm like these guys as there really good and I would highly recommend as good highly experienced plumbers these days are hard to find and get hold of.i am also glad my leak has come to an end in my house thanks for helping me and my family out on such short notice you were a real god send today.

On the 1st March with the weather being so bad we were having trouble with the Central Heating keep going off and no hot water this was 9pm so l contacted Paul at who was very helpful and said he would come round but it could be a couple of hours but will ring when he was on his way. Paul rang to say he was on his way this was 10.45pm. When he arrived he got straight on to the job ( after making him a welcome cup of tea which he was grateful of ) and sorted out the problem which we were so thankful. Found Paul to be a real nice person and someone that l would definitely use him again if l ever have another Heating or Plumbing problem. Great job Paul we are nice and warm and cosy.

Paul fixed my leaking stopcock under an emergency callout. He was round within an hour and had it sorted quickly. Never had an issue since.

I described another leak I had coming from the upstairs toilet. He had no problem describing exactly what was wrong, and was willing to stay a few hours longer in order to fix it, replacing all parts with what was appropriate for my toilet, and did a fantastic job there too.

I appreciated he was very friendly, and I'd happily call him back again for future plumbing work.

Paul at AA Manchester Plumbing, Heating and Drainage Services did an outstanding job by fixing a bodge job by another plumber. We were left with no connected toilet, no soil pipe and a trench in our driveway by another plumber - who then turned round and stated he couldn't complete the job. Once Paul was called to help he rearranged other less urgent jobs to help us out the same day. He worked til 9.30 pm that day to get the toilet connected. The next day he came back to dig out a pipe encased in concrete - in freezing temperatures. Paul has a great work ethic and was determined to do a good job for us - especially as we had been let down so badly by someone else. One of the good guys. We now have our go to plumber / drainage specialist.
