925 Treats Ammanford what a lovely shop a great selection of jewellery, gifts for all occasions or just to treat yourself to something special because your worth it. I recently went in to look for a ring because I have very small fingers unfortunately the ring I wanted would have been a special order. While I was waiting for a member of staff to phone about the special order on the ring, I fell in love with a sheep footstools on sale at the store. I had to buy it and bring it home with me! I am delighted with my purchase of the sheep footstool very well made excellent quality and very comfortable to put your feet up on. Thank you to all the very lovely staff at 925 Treats for going the extra mile to help your customers. Ewe-in the sheep wanted me to send you photos of how happy they are in their new home! Outdoors and indoors.
Never had a problem with this store before. However, I ordered something off the website 3 weeks ago and had an email to confirm that it had been dispatched a day later 22/11/2022 I am still waiting for this item. I have contacted customer services via email and sent a message on Facebook over a week ago and am still waiting for a reply to both. Not happy at all
Item bought was faulty and they refused a refund or exchange stating it was 'manufacturers fault' and 'not their problem'. Staff member was rude and had attitude. What they don't realise is that my son could've burnt himself because of this 'manufacturing fault'. Will think again before buying from this retailer. Really disappointing aftersales, especially considering I have spent a lot of money in various shops over the years.
Got some great advice on a gift for my girlfriend from a member of staff. Brilliant service and lovely items for sale. Highly recommended
I visited the Ammanford store this morning In need of an engagement gift I like to support local businesses. Staff are always polite and friendly but each time I order or purchase an item at this store there always seems to be an issue of some sort!! Today's issue was about a medium size picture frame, it was not marked up but noticed the larger size £19 - the young girl at the till stated that it was 50p more than the larger frame - this made no sense to me and a senior staff was unable to rectify it. Very disappointed - I left without the photo frame and took my service opposite and bought a similar item for half the price!!!
I visited the Ammanford store to get a gift for my childrens 80 year old great grandmother. What a service I received by the staff. They packed up the photo frame up for me and placed it into a gift bag. Thank u
